Year 7 Admission for September 2027

Admission to Bexley Grammar School into Year 7 is open to those who are deemed selective following the Bexley Selection Tests which are to be held in September 2026.

(Children born between 1 September 2015 and 31 August 2016 can sit the Bexley selection test in September 2026).

Children who will start at secondary school in September 2027 can sit the Bexley selection tests in September 2026 when they are in Year 6 of primary school. Those deemed selective can be considered for a place at Bexley Grammar School. You need to have registered your child to sit the Bexley Selection Test on the London Borough of Bexley website in March when the link is open. The link is open on 1st March to midnight on 31st March 2026. The test sessions are planned for the week commencing Monday 7th September 2026.

Bexley's online Common Application Form (CAF) will be available from 1 September 2026 until the closing date of 31 October 2026. Please visit www.bexley.gov.uk/admissions or www.eadmissions.org.uk.
