Teacher of Maths - Part-Time (3 days)

We seek to appoint a well-qualified, graduate teacher of Mathematics from September 2019 to join a highly successful department in a selective school that has been rated by Ofsted as outstanding for over a decade. The post is permanent and part-time. This is an opportunity to work in a friendly environment which encourages professional development. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and NQTs.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with well-motivated and intelligent young mathematicians. The Mathematics department is large and housed in a suite of rooms. It achieves excellent results on a routine basis under the leadership of a well-established Head of Department. (The department achieved 97% 9-5 at GCSE in 2018). All students study Mathematics in the Sixth Form as part of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Candidates with ability/experience in teaching A level Mathematics will find themselves at home in the IB classroom.
