Goodbye

There always seems to be so much pressure surrounding this first week of the new year.

An expectation that we should be full of energy, starting as we mean to go on, and that if we don't, we've basically ruined it for the entire year.

This just isn't realistic.

It takes time and energy to get back into a routine and to find calm after the overwhelming festive period.

Take a breath, stop being so hard on yourself. You've got time.

I'm not going to give you suggestions for New Year's resolutions or intentions to start implementing this January, but I do invite you to think about what you might be ready to let go of and say goodbye to, for example...

Goodbye

  • Goodbye to second guessing yourself.
  • Goodbye to not letting go.
  • Goodbye to people pleasing.
  • Goodbye to not feeling good enough.
  • Goodbye to burnout.
  • Goodbye to stressing over what you can't control.
  • Goodbye to beliefs and thoughts that keep you feeling small.
  • Goodbye to negative self-talk.
