Following the retirement of the post holder, we seek to appoint a Premises Manager with effect from 17 November 2025, who will play a crucial part in the smooth running of our school, ensuring our buildings and grounds provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will manage our site team, oversee all aspects of site maintenance, and take a lead role in health and safety compliance.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience managing school or similar premises
• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Excellent organisational and team leadership skills
• A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving
• A flexible attitude with regard to working hours as some evening/weekend working may be required
