Many thanks to Aarav (Year 10) who was a recent winner of a Jack Petchey Foundation prize, and donated his £300 to the PE Department.  

The prizes are given on the condition that they are spent on a group of people in the school community; Aarav chose his fellow basketballers. The PE department was able to get some new size 7 balls for use in the senior basketball club, some smaller balls for the junior teams, and some outdoor basketballs for use at break and lunchtime.
