Students who take GCSE Geography, take part in 3 days of fieldwork in year 10. This sees students collect primary data at a coastal location, (Norfolk or N.Kent), and urban location, (Norwich). This is part of the GCSE specification requirement and students are examined on the fieldwork skills that they have developed on the unit 3 examination. Of course there is always time for an ice cream and picnic on the beach too.
