Chameleon Coasters

Chameleon Coasters was built around a simple but clever concept: colour-changing coasters that react to heat.
Our aim was to bring colour and innovation into people's lives, even in just a small way.
Our journey began at Spitalfields Market, with little preparation and even less experience. It was chaotic and humbling, but the first step in our journey. We listened, adapted and by the time we reached Greenwich Market, the difference was clear. Our confidence had grown, and our presentation was professional, where we were then awarded with the 'Best Customer Service' award.

The Company of the Year event pushed us even further. Standing up to present our company professionally in front of a large crowd was a challenge, but we stood up with confidence in our team. This event was another success for us, winning the 'Best Innovation Award', and also going through to the next round. Though we were less triumphant in this next event, we delivered a strong presentation and gained lots of experience.
Looking back, we learnt the importance of communication, adaptability, and presentation. From early brainstorming sessions to trade fairs and social media promotion, each step was more demanding, but we worked hard as a team. Over the course of the year, Chameleon Coasters grew from an idea into a real, functioning business. The team became more organised, more confident, and more ambitious, inevitably showing in our product.

Thank you to every member of the team, as Chameleon Coasters would not have been successful without your commitment and energy. We would also like to thank Mrs Harris, for her guidance, patience, and support throughout the entire process.
