Your brain doesn&#39;t believe what&#39;s true; it believes what is familiar. And what&#39;s familiar, is what you repeat.&nbsp;<br />

Your thoughts shape your feelings, your feelings drive your actions and your actions shape your identity. This is how your brain wires who you think you are.<br />
<br />
<strong>BUT...</strong><br />
<br />
Your brain is changeable. Say something often enough... with emotion... and your brain rewires for it.<br />
<br />
That&#39;s why self-talk isn&#39;t harmless. It&#39;s powerful.<br />
<br />
The way you speak to yourself becomes the way you feel about yourself.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
Your brain doesn&#39;t know the difference between real and imagined, so visualising the calm, confident, capable version of you? That&#39;s not fluff. That&#39;s neuroscience.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
You don&#39;t own your thoughts; they visit. You don&#39;t have to believe them.<br />
<br />
If you wouldn&#39;t say it to your best friend, don&#39;t say it to yourself either!<br />
<br />
Change the input... and you can change the outcome.</p>
